Today we met a man riding his bike in the town of Valga. This man was named Antonio and he was from the village.
Antonio was visiting his parents in Valga for the university and school holidays.
Antonio teachers the Spanish language to Germans at a University in Munich. Antonio could speak, read and write in Spanish, English and German. He was very proud of his town and the Galician football team. He was happy that children were doing the Camino and especially the Portuguese Camino.
Antonio knew everyone in the town of Valga by name or was related to them. Antonio came to the cafe to see us again. He was a very happy man!
