Last night we filled our bellies with a roast dinner cooked in our Wombat Retreat Cottage. I got some new bike tips hehehehe watching the Australian Mountain Bike Championships.

We were up early and Mum said today was a short flat ride. I said, “Mum you have never taken me on a SHORT ride or SHORT hike ever!!!”

After breakie Penny said we should head for 2nd breakfast. I know 2nd breakie from the Camino which means we only go 1km before Penny & Mum need a coffee.
So off we went, finding 2nd breakie, then finding the start of the Murray to the Mountain Rail Trail!

We stopped at the Rail Trail Cafe at Porepunkah. Finn and I called this town Pokémon as we couldn’t pronounce it.

Then off we rode again … we had a yummy cheese platter for lunch at the Feathertop Winery. Of course mum, dad, Paul & Penny had a wine!
Our total ride today was 22km!
But the day didn’t end then. Penny pointed out there was SLIDE into the river.
DID SOMEONE SAY SLIDE?
DID SOMEONE SAY RIVER?
Well I am sure you can guess how this story ends?!
