Running of the bulls city!

Mum and Gracie met us at the Pamplona train station. We then went and found a bunk bed at the Pamplona Municipal Albergue. Mum and Grace were here on the 9th August, they stopped here for 2 nights then hiked on. Gracie was excited to show me what she remembered seeing.

Mum took us to visit the Pamplona Cathedral. We got our Camino credential started with our first stello.

The cathedral was dark inside and very big. We lite up a few candles and said a couple of prayers.

In the museum area we could see where they had been digging up the dirt and rocks. The picture shows some things they found in the rock.

This is a massive bell and they are in all the churches.

Then to the pilgrim office so I could stamp my own stello!

Mum took us to see the running of the bulls sculpture. Mum lifted us up so we could look like the bulls were chasing us. I could not stop laughing, as mum said “look scared Finnie!”

Next part of mum and Grace’s tour was to go and eat Tapas. You sit at the bar and point to what food you would like. They are small dishes on plates. I had calamari.

Breakfast time was ate two chocolate filled crossiants.

We walked around the narrow streets for the morning. Lots of the shops had things about the running of the bulls.

Then we needed to catch our train to Leon. I hope my mountain bike is there ready for me to start riding tomorrow!
