Churro’s is a Spanish and Portugese snack. It is a deep fried dough.
In Spain, churros can either be thin or knotted, or long and thick. The surface of a churro is ridged due to having been piped from a churrera, a syringe-like tool with a star-shaped nozzle.
They are normally eaten for breakfast dipped in hot chocolate. I ate them for morning tea and in the afternoon! The hot chocolate is not like ours in Australia. The Spanish hot chocolate is like a cup of hot melted chocolate.
Sugar is sprinkled on the top of the churros. I ate them sometimes by themselves and sometimes dipped in hot chocokate! Yummy!
