Pulpo

Tonight Penny and Paul took us to a bar that they have been at before in Melide.

Mum and I watched the pulpo (octopus) being cooked.

The lady was cooking the pulpo in a massive pot over a very hot gas fire. She then got the pulpo out of big pot and cut it up with cooking scissors. The man put olive oil, salt and chilli flakes onto it.

 

The bar was very popular and very loud. I got a sello with an octopus on it!
